Our Core Commitments No Recruitment Fees for Workers: We strictly prohibit charging workers any "placement," "recruitment," or "job-finding" fees. Every worker in our pool is selected based on merit and skill, not their ability to pay.
Transparency of Terms: Every worker is provided with a full explanation of their employment contract in their native language (Thai or Vietnamese). We ensure they understand their wages, hours, and living conditions before they leave their home country.
Direct Payment Model: All agency service fees are paid exclusively by the Employer. This ensures that workers arrive at your farm without the burden of debt, leading to higher productivity and better morale.
Ethical Chaperoning: We personally assist workers with their government applications and embassy appointments to protect them from unauthorized third-party "brokers" or predatory lenders.
Continuous Compliance: We stay ahead of 2026 labor regulations in Norway (UDI) and Germany (BA), ensuring that every placement meets the highest legal and ethical standards.
